VIAS EOOD with headquarters in the city of Shumen opened the first factory in Northern Bulgaria for the production of PVC profiles. The company is a 100% private company.

The production facility was built within six months mutually with Austrian designers and engineers.

The VIVA Plast profile produced by the company VIAS EOOD was developed, constructed and tested with the help of engineers from the German institute in Rosenheim.

For the first time in Bulgaria, the most modern matrices with a special coating are used – the so-called “POWER TOOLS”.
The personnel of the company VIAS completed training at the institute of the company “Greiner Extrusionstechnik”. The implementation, start-up and control of the company are carried out by Austrian engineers.
The system meets the requirements of EN 12608 developed by the European Committee for Standardization of PVC Systems. The production itself is produced with the latest equipment offered by the leading companies on the international market – “Greiner Extrusionstechnik” and “Krauss Maffei”.

The fully automated production process guarantees high quality, the control of which is carried out through a specially developed program by the Institute of the company “Greiner Extrusionstechnik” – GETU.

The surface of the three- and four-chamber VIVA Plast systems has the highest level of gloss and light absorption. The high-quality lead-free materials guarantee an ecologically harmless profile that meets the requirements for a clean environment.

VIVA Plast profiles exposed to drastic amplitude atmospheric conditions/humidity, average monthly temperatures above 35°C and -10°C, variable atmospheric pressure, and acid rain / keep their integrity, surface, gloss and colour intact.
